One of the common drawbacks of the ordinary sequential systems is the automatic, yet unwanted – usually hidden from the driver – switchover to gasoline on high RPM feature, which is indeed granted and inevitable. The original gasoline injectors of the vehicle cannot be commanded independently over the ordinary sequential systems, because they are mostly controlled electromechanically in these systems.
Not all injecor brands are compatible with most ordinary sequential systems. On other hand, such systems do not have the proper hardware to digitally prevent the flowrate differences against possible wear and tear that can accumulate by time. Vogas Plus controls the gasoline and LPG injectors through its digital drivers. Therefore, it can command both the gasoline injectors and LPG injectors either one by one or on time-sensitive manner, thus rendering flawless flow through. Moreoever, various tests can be applied on the PC programme. All types of LPG injector brands can be calibrated by the Vogas Plus PC software as required. Injector choice can be easily made on already-defined single Rail (Metis) injector, multiple (rail-type) injector, Voltran plastic injector or other specific injector type. Flowrate differences and deterioration on the injectors caused by time and usage may be removed digitally on the PC software on periodic maintenances without dismounting them. Flowrate tests can also be made on the software easily.
Vogas Plus completes the auto-calibration at idle mode just like the gasoline system does. The auto-calibration is completed in 90–95% accuracy thanks to the special statistical algorithm used.
It allows you on the software to identify and correct any mistake the technician has possibly made on injector nozzle dimension during installation of the injectors.
