Vogas System

2clip_for_headerSince the ordinary sequential systems make calculations on approximation models due to their limited processing capability, they cause losses in LPG economy, performance and engine longevity. The ordinary sequential systems, unable to assess all the data of the vehicle, may cause intrusive wear and tear on the engine in the course of time.

One of the common drawbacks of the ordinary sequential systems is the automatic, yet unwanted – usually hidden from the driver – switchover to gasoline on high RPM feature, which is indeed granted and inevitable. The original gasoline injectors of the vehicle cannot be commanded independently over the ordinary sequential systems, because they are mostly controlled electromechanically in these systems.

Not all injecor brands are compatible with most ordinary sequential systems. On other hand, such systems do not have the proper hardware to digitally prevent the flowrate differences against possible wear and tear that can accumulate by time. The auto-calibration of the ordinary sequential systems range between 60–70% accuracy

In Vogas Plus Dual Sequential system, the system running the vehicle on LPG and the system making the computations use seperate routes, thus achieving flawless performance and at the same time making accurate analysis and simultaneous computations. This in turn means longer engine life, better performance and more economical drive.

With Vogas Plus, the vehicle works perfectly on high RPM eradicating all the above-mentioned problems. Since it is impossible to attain revolutions of over 7000 RPM with the current engine technology, such high RPMs were attained in the laboratory and the system has proved to ignore no signal even at 300.000 RPM

Vogas Plus, however, is a state-of-the-art, up-to-date digital technology product, having capacity of more than what the engine of your vehicle requires to process. It receives and assesses every single data in the original driving system of the vehicle. The driver can hardly distinguish the vehicle on LPG mode. Vogas Plus prevents the early possible damages caused by miscalculations, extending the longevity of the vehicle

The dual sequential system Vogas Plus does not face any problem of switchover to gasoline on high RPM. However, drivers possess the option of getting the vehicle fine-tuned to inject gasoline on the coerced cylinder at high RPM. This way, the longevity of the engine is secured.

Vogas Plus controls the gasoline and LPG injectors through its digital drivers. Therefore, it can command both the gasoline injectors and LPG injectors either one by one or on time-sensitive manner, thus rendering flawless flow through. Moreoever, various tests can be applied on the PC programme. All types of LPG injector brands can be calibrated by the Vogas Plus PC software as required. Injector choice can be easily made on already-defined single Rail (Metis) injector, multiple (rail-type) injector, Voltran plastic injector or other specific injector type. Flowrate differences and deterioration on the injectors caused by time and usage may be removed digitally on the PC software on periodic maintenances without dismounting them. Flowrate tests can also be made on the software easily.

Cargo TrucksVogas Plus completes the auto-calibration at idle mode just like the gasoline system does. The auto-calibration is completed in 90–95% accuracy thanks to the special statistical algorithm used.

It allows you on the software to identify and correct any mistake the technician has possibly made on injector nozzle dimension during installation of the injectors.

Every Vogas Plus ECU serves as if there is an invisible engineer within the system, thanks to the Vogas Plus’s revolutionary auto-calibration system.
