Installation for LCV & Trucks

tankerOther Systems that inject LPG PRE Turbo means the air brakes pump intake will ingest LPG into the braking system because the whole intake stream post turbo has the LPG mixture. With the ECO-GAS System the air brake pickup can be relocated BEFORE the LPG injection point (between the turbo and injector).

ECO-GAS Dual Fuel systems are easy and quick to install and can be fitted to any diesel engine without any engine modifications or tampering of the fuel management system. The ECO-GAS Truck Kits are fully mappable and programmable as per the customer’s individual requirements. ie.Torque Limiting, High and Low throttle position On/Off, Roll On — Ramp Up LPG calibration (which maintains drive line integrity).

The ECO-GAS System treats and cleans the LPG prior to injection so that dirty LPG does not contaminate the Control Unit or injectors. The system uses the vehicle’s engine cooling system to heat the LPG to obtain sufficient temps so as to prevent condensation or freezing. The control unit controls: Zero Injection at Idle or Coast, Auto Start and Auto Off features, Over Rev Protection, Over Temp Protection, Over Torque Protection to work with new torque limiting computers found on such trucks as the new Mack.

ECO-GAS Systems use a custom LPG converter that vaporises the LPG into its control box before injecting it into the intake manifold.

This also keeps the systems small and compact. Other systems use convertors off fork lift and the like. ECO-GAS kits are fully water proof so as not to hamper the vehicle’s ability to tranverse river.
